The approval of these phases unlocks a further 497 single residential plots, 2 business sites, 6 sites for town- housing or apartments and 4 public open spaces.
In Sandown Phase 5 & 6 a total of 429 residential plots ranging from 225m² to 516m², 2 General Business sites, and 3 General Residential sites have been launched where Aska Property Group has achieved 70 % of sales to date.
